What is dietary fibre?
Dietary fibre could be defines as anything that moves through gastro-intestinal tract and is not digested as food.
Refined foods are responsible for many diseases prominent in urban and rich societies. Due to this there is growing awareness to put back fibres in one’s diet. Home made foot massage oil

Once you complete exercising, your feet feels tired. Use this great aromatherapy herbal oil, which will not only relax your feet but soften any rough skin around feet.
Ingredients for home made foot massage oil:
- soybean, Jojoba, extra virgin olive oil or almond oil: 2 tsp
- Lavender, clay sage essential oil or orange: 2-6 drops
No: of yields: 1 treatment
Preparation: Mix the ingredients well.
Method of application: Massage your feet with the above preparation with firm and strong hands. Apply the pressure as and when required to alleviate fatigue and tensions in your feet. Put socks after you complete the massage.
